CKNATURESS Shipping Policy

At CKNATURESS, we carefully package every order to ensure your natural hair-care products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing your tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States

CKNATURESS currently offers shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated carrier transit time: 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. USPS notes that Ground Advantage delivery is generally 2–5 business days and includes tracking. (USPS FAQs)

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer’s order size, weight, and shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.

From time to time, CKNATURESS may offer promotional free-shipping or discounted-shipping offers.

Local Pickup

Customers in the local Riverside, California area may be offered local pickup when available.

Pickup instructions and the pickup location will be provided after the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact CKNATURESS as soon as possible and provide:

● Your order number

● Photos of the damaged package

● Photos of the damaged products

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your delivery location. You may also contact the carrier regarding the delivery.

CKNATURESS will work with you to address legitimate shipping problems.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to CKNATURESS because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Delayed Orders

Although CKNATURESS works to ship orders within the stated processing time, carrier delays may occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If CKNATURESS becomes unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate options. Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their shipping representations and to provide customers with cancellation/refund options when an order cannot be shipped as promised. Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

CKNATURESS will assist customers in submitting or following up on a carrier claim when appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available unless specifically approved by CKNATURESS.
